V první řadě bychom chtěli všem fanouškům poděkovat za obrovský zájem o vstupenky na Beats for Love 2023 ♡ Official Event. Předčil i naše největší očekávání. V prvních 3 hodinách předprodeje se prodalo více než 25% vstupenek z celkové kapacity a tím jste překonali předchozí ročníky a začátky prodejů na ně! 💙

Chtěli bychom taky osvětlit a zároveň se omluvit za mnohé výpadky systému, velké fronty a technické problémy, které začátek předprodeje provázely.
Nejenom, že byl o vstupenky enormní zájem, který dvojnásobně převýšil rok 2019, ale také došlo k třem DDoS útokům na servery Ticketstream, které vždy vyprodukovaly několik miliónů žádostí o přístup na web a tím pádem shazovaly nejen frontu, ale i web Ticketstream. V aktuální chvíli probíhá šetření v koordinaci techniků Ticketstream a poté budou záznamy předány patřičným orgánům. Sice jsme tyto útoky nemohli ovlivnit, ale i přesto je nám moc líto, že jste s nákupem vstupenek měli takové problémy.

Díky rekordnímu startu se během necelých 3 hodin vyprodala 1. a 2. vlna standardních celofestivalových vstupenek a 1. vlna celofestivalových VIP vstupenek. 😲 Aktuálně tak můžete koupit 3. vlnu standardních vstupenek na 4 dny za 2090,- a 2. vlnu VIP vstupenek na 4 dny za 4790,-. Rozhodně doporučujeme s nákupem neváhat! Levnější vstupenky než aktuálně už nebudou a s ohledem na obrovský zájem neumíme zaručit to, jak dlouho budou aktuální vlny v prodeji! 🤩

First of all, we would like to thank all the fans for the huge interest in buying tickets for Beats for Love 2023. It exceeded our highest expectations. In the first 3 hours of the presale more than 25% of tickets from the total capacity were sold! It is the first time in history, it’s literally a record!

Also we would like to clarify and at the same time apologize for the many system errors, long queues and technical problems that accompanied the start of the pre-sale.
It was not only because of enormous interest in tickets, which was twice as high as in year 2019, but there were also three DDoS attacks on the Ticketstream servers, which each time produced several million requests to access the website and also brought down not only the queue, but also the Ticketstream website. At the moment an investigation is currently underway in coordination with Ticketstream technicians, after which the records will be handed over to the appropriate authorities. Even though we could not influence these attacks in any way, we are still very sorry that you had such problems with buying tickets.

Thanks to the record start, the 1st and 2nd wave of standard full-festival tickets and the 1st wave of full-festival VIP tickets are sold out. You can currently buy the 3rd wave of standard tickets for 4 days for 2,090 CZK and the 2nd wave of VIP tickets for 4 days for 4,790 CZK. Do not hesitate and grab your ticket asap! There won’t be any cheaper than the current ones, and considering the huge interest, we can’t guarantee how long the current waves will be on sale!
